The Annual General Meeting (A.G.M.) for The Hungerford Club will be held on Thursday, 2nd November 2023 at 7pm in The Snooker Room, The Hungerford Club
The confirmed agenda, nomination papers, accounts and the minutes of last year’s A.G.M. will be emailed to members by 12th October 2023.
Any full member who wishes to move a resolution at the A.G.M. should give notice to the Secretary, in writing, by the 5th October i.e. 28 days before the date of the A.G.M. The agreed wording of the notice will be posted on the noticeboard with 7 days.
Any member who wishes to apply for an amendment to any resolution posted shall do so within 14 days of the notice being displayed.
